### htpasswd (for PHP apps)
Create an `.htaccess` file in the webroot:
AuthUserFile /app/www/.htpasswd
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Restricted Access"
Require valid-user
Create a `.htpasswd` file:
$ htpasswd -c .htpasswd [username]
