@brief Get the normalized
[eccentricity](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distance_%28graph_theory%29)
of the vertices defined by the examples.

`graph._eccentricity(vertexExample, options)`

Similar to [_absoluteEccentricity](#absoluteeccentricity) but returns a normalized result.
