Max Kellermann c9075aeacf lib/SimpleHttpClient: don't reset timeout after EINTR 
select() modifies the given timeout variable.  Calling select() again
will run with the remaining timeout.  However, method prepare()
overwrote the reduced timeout in each iteration.
