- enable to choose the app directory too, so we write foxxes into the proper locations
 - strip out more fuzz about global installation and services

Wilfried Goesgens dc0c8f22f0 fix debian packages & systemd unit file 
- detect the location of chown/chmod
 - fix location & creation of directories
 - adjust debconf entries so they resemble the package name (for
   enterprise too...)
